These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the Petpomo mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose
Petpomo is a productivity app designed to help users focus through Pomodoro timers, tasks, statistics, and gamification.
Petpomo does not provide medical or professional psychological treatment or advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. You represent that:
- You are legally able to enter this agreement
- You are not prohibited from using the App by any law
3. Premium Subscriptions
The App offers optional premium features. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
- Your subscription renews automatically
- You may cancel anytime via Google Play
- Prices and terms are shown prior to payment
We do not store or process credit card details.
4. Refunds
All refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
5. User Data & Privacy
We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:
- App usage analytics (anonymous or aggregated)
- Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics
- Advertising-related data handled by Google AdMob
Some advertising data (such as device signals or ad interactions) may be processed ephemerally — meaning it is used only to facilitate the ad request and is not stored by the app.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for harassment or abuse
- Disrupt or interfere with servers or services
7. Intellectual Property
All content, UI, design assets, and branding belong to the developer unless otherwise licensed. You may not copy or redistribute any materials without permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" with no guarantees. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Data loss
- Productivity loss
- Financial loss
- Indirect or incidental damages
10. Updates and Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Advertising & Rewarded Ads
The App may display ads, including rewarded ads that users can choose to watch to receive in-app benefits (such as pet food or sound unlocks).
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may process certain device information to deliver, measure, or improve ad performance. Some of this data is processed ephemerally and not stored by the App.
Watching rewarded ads is optional and not required to use the App.
